We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tableau Developer with 5 7 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing advanced analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tableau development, data modeling, and cloud data platforms, along with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering actionable insights. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to transform complex data into meaningful visualizations and dashboards.

Your role

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define complex business and technical requirements.
• Design and develop Tableau dashboards and visualizations based on best practices and business needs.
• Build and maintain efficient Tableau data sources and implement row-level security.
• Prepare and transform data using SQL, Tableau Prep, and cloud platforms like Snowflake and BigQuery.
• Support Agile development processes, including sprint planning, testing, and deployment.
• Lead or contribute to ETL pipeline development for analytics platforms.
• Ensure performance optimization and usability across Tableau assets.

Your skills and experience

• 5 7 years of hands-on Tableau development experience, including Tableau Prep.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills with experience in cloud databases (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks).
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing Tableau solutions.
• Experience with Agile tools and methodologies (Jira, GitHub).
• Preferred: Experience with Power BI, Looker, MicroStrategy, Python, and Tableau/BI certifications.
