Location: Charlotte, NC
Type: Full-Time / Contract


Key Skills




  • 5+ years in change management, business execution, product delivery


  • Proven track record with large-scale system conversions in financial services


  • Strong expertise in commercial lending (auto, inventory, trade, factoring, dealer finance)


  • Hands-on with loan platforms (AFS, Loan IQ, McCracken, Asset Based Lending)


  • Experience in both Agile & Waterfall methodologies


  • Excellent stakeholder management & executive-level communication



Preferred Experience




  • Background with large financial institutions


  • Exposure to syndicated lending, global receivables, and regulatory reporting


  • Familiarity with product strategy, OKRs, and transformation roadmaps


  • Tools: MS Office, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira


  • Bonus: knowledge of AI/ML in lending
