Job Details

Job Title: Python Fullstack Lead
Location: Alameda, CA
Duration: Long Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced Python Full Stack Lead to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications for our complaints handling platform. This role involves end-to-end architecture ownership, from front-end interfaces to back-end services, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and data security.

Lead and Design:
Define system architecture for complaints handling workflows, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
Design microservices and APIs for complaint intake, tracking, and resolution.

Development:
Build and maintain full-stack applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) for backend and React/Angular for frontend.
Implement secure authentication and authorization (e.g., Okta, OAuth2).

Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, QA, and compliance teams to align architecture with business goals.
Mentor development teams on best practices and coding standards
