Position Overview:
Are you ready to be the frontline hero of technology transformation? As a Go-Live TDR (Technical Deployment & Readiness) Technician, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground force ensuring flawless execution during critical system go-lives. From corporate offices to manufacturing floors, you'll deliver high-impact support, resolve issues in real-time, and ensure every user-from operations to leadership-is empowered and productive from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Go-Live Support: Provide hands-on technical support during major system deployments, upgrades, and transitions across corporate and production environments.
- Rapid Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to networking, hardware, software, Windows OS, AV systems, and telecom-often under tight timelines and high visibility.
- User Empowerment: Deliver white-glove support to users at all levels, ensuring seamless onboarding and minimal disruption to operations.
- Incident Management: Log, track, and resolve incidents in ServiceNow, maintaining clear documentation and communication throughout.
- Technical Readiness: Validate system configurations, test connectivity, and ensure all devices and endpoints are deployment-ready.
- Collaboration & Escalation: Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and project leads to escalate and resolve complex issues swiftly.
- Communication Excellence: Provide clear, confident, and professional communication-verbally, digitally, and in writing-to stakeholders and users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-pressure IT support environments, especially during go-live or deployment events.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, security, hardware, software, AV, and telecom systems.
- Expertise in Windows OS and enterprise applications.
- Exceptional communication skills-able to translate technical issues into user-friendly language.
- Experience with ITSM platforms, especially ServiceNow.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with deployment tools, remote support platforms, and mobile device management.
