We are seeking an Oracle EBS Techno - Functional Consultant. The desired candidate will work as part of the Supply Chain Operations Technology team to process user assistance tickets that require in-depth functional and some technical knowledge and expertise of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
Responsibilities:
Possesses in-depth Functional and some Technical knowledge and expertise of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in discrete manufacturing and Warehouse Management modules.
Provide capability to support Warehouse Operations team- SIT, UAT and go live support
Provide technical assistance and solution delivery to Product Team and Operations leadership
Triage, troubleshoot, and correctly route Oracle application issues transferred to TIER III.
Create Change Requests as necessary for interim and/or permanent solution as applicable solution.
Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and provide solutions through configurations and setup changes as and when appropriately authorized.
Review Technical Design Documents and code to understand and gain knowledge about the functionalities of different EBS components.
Being able to run SQL scripts to be able to understand production issues
