- Provide expert oversight on integration, security, and scalability across enterprise applications.
- Resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Are You an Application Development Manager Rock Star?
You are if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years in software/application development, with at least 2-3 years in leadership or management.
- Proven experience leading application development projects in Artificial Intelligence, Salesforce, and enterprise integrations.
- Proficiency in Java, Apex, and modern frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, plus database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Expertise in application security, APIs, and system architecture.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
