Job Description:

• We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to join our team in Falmouth, MA. This is a hybrid role (2 days onsite) with a flexible schedule.


• The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience supporting IT infrastructure, maintaining system reliability, and contributing to implementation and upgrade projects. This is a hands-on role focused on back-end systems administration - perfect for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and collaborate on technical design discussions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.


• Participate in system implementation, upgrades, and maintenance activities.


• Assist in infrastructure planning and contribute to design and architecture discussions.


• Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments and related services.


• Support virtualization platforms such as VMware, AWS, or Azure.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills:

• 3-8 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure support.


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.


• Experience with VMware or equivalent virtualization technologies (AWS, Azure).


• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to learning and collaboration.

Desired Skills:

• Basic understanding of networking concepts and configuration.


• Familiarity with Linux environments.


• Knowledge of backup solutions and disaster recovery processes.

• Location: Falmouth, MA (Hybrid - 2 days onsite).
