RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Professional Services Program Manager in San Francisco, CA.
Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven resource manager to manage resourcing, capacity planning, and quality checks for our projects. You will be determining personnel requirements, performing pattern recognition, and providing ongoing support to Professional Services business leads. This is a highly collaborative role that will interface with multiple teams and geographies within our organization.
Responsibilities:
* Professional Services Program Manager will ensure that the professional services consultants, engineers, and 3rd party delivery partners are successful via proper resourcing of engagements
* Understand our customers' needs and match them to the availability and skillset of our consultants, engineers, and 3rd party delivery partners
* Provide a governance framework for resource management that includes weekly status updates, proactive progress checks, issues escalation and gauging the general health of the professional services engagements
* Work with cross-functional teams to identify resource gaps based on demand forecast and make hiring recommendations accordingly
* Monitor employee utilization, workload, and overtime hours and report to professional services leaders
* Mitigate resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals, or assigning additional staff
* Maintain a skills matrix for all consultants and establish training plans for the 3rd party delivery partners
* As a Professional Services Program Manager, you will collaborate on resource management with adjacent departments and internal stakeholders
* Document processes and maintaining records
* Keep informed on labor and immigration laws and trends in resource management
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or similar
* At least 5 years of experience in resource management in a similar industry
* Experience in managing budgets
* In-depth knowledge of applicable labor laws
* Proficiency in PSA (Professional Services Automation) software and CRM software
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
* High sense of urgency
* Must work GMT (+1) hours - This is non-negotiable
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
