Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Technical lead
Location: Remote
Job Description:
8-10 years of Salesforce development experience.Expertise in APEX, LWC,and customization
Lead design and implementation of multi-tier loyalty programs (earning/redemption rules, promotions, partner programs).
Architect and develop solutions using Salesforce Loyalty Management Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
Build real-time integrations with POS systems, payment gateways, CRM, and partner portals using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
Customize loyalty features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and OmniStudio.
Design scalable data models for transactional loyalty data (earning, redemption, balances).
Create dashboards using Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM to track loyalty KPIs.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or Copado.
Ensure compliance with PII protection, GDPR, and CCPA standards.
Mentor junior developers and conduct design/code reviews.
