Job Details

Title: Support Analyst
Industry: Medical Equipment
Location: El Segundo, CA
Duration: 10 months with potential to extend
Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support issues from business partners.
  • Respond to inquiries and gather necessary information to resolve issues or escalate to the appropriate support team.
  • Provide phone and deskside support, handling incidents and service requests via the Self Service portal.
  • Document solutions for internal Service Desk use and end-user reference.
  • Participate in project and change-related work.
Day to day:
Closing out their windows 11 migration project over the next few months
A number of computers in el segundo need to be replaced
Must have Windows 10 to 11 migration experience
Must have imaging experience, strong communication and coordination experience
Migrating applications and data to the new system
When that project ends, this person will start working on call support and walk up support in office

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of IT work experience.
  • 1-2 years of Call Center experience.
  • 1-2 years of Desktop Support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a professional, accurate approach.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Apple OS, Active Directory, MS Office Suite, and ticketing systems.
