Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Kinaxis Engineer to support the design, development, and deployment of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain processes, hands-on experience with Kinaxis configuration and integration, and a passion for driving supply chain transformation using advanced planning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions based on business requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, IT, business stakeholders) to define and optimize planning processes.

  • Develop data models, integration interfaces, and custom dashboards within RapidResponse.

  • Support implementation, testing, and post-go-live activities.

  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.

  • Continuously improve the Kinaxis environment by implementing enhancements and upgrades.

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and user guides.

  • Provide training and support to end-users on Kinaxis functionality and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes (e.g., demand planning, supply planning, S&OP).

  • Experience in integrating Kinaxis with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or others.

  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and data modeling.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Kinaxis certifications (e.g., Solution Consultant, Authoring) are a plus.
