Position: Data Analyst / Onestream Analyst / Business Analyst

Location: McLean or Richmond, VA Remote last option (Will submit resume by end of day)

Need strong Onestream experience for all 3 roles.

Financial & Data Analyst -- (must be strong with financial data handling and SQL related experience, if they dealt with Onestream that is much better)

Onestream Analyst -- (Onestream is a tool used for Financial Data related applications)

Sr Business Analyst -- (Sr Business Analyst with Process Management experience)

Job Description:

Analyzes data requirements, application and processing architectures, data dictionaries, and database schema(s), and then designs, develops, amends, optimizes, and certifies database schema design to meet system(s) requirements.

Gathers, analyzes, and normalizes relevant information related to, and from business processes, functions, and operations to evaluate data credibility and determine relevance and meaning.

Develops an overall data architecture that supports the information needs of the business in a flexible but secure environment.

Develops Tableau or Microsoft Power Platform Reports to display the data to customers using access rules.

Use Open Source/Digital technologies to mine complex, voluminous, and different varieties of data sources and platforms.

Build well-managed data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers.

Demonstrate ability to explore and quickly grasp new technologies to progress varied initiatives.

Partner with the business to provide consultancy and translate the business needs to design and develop tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization.

Drive analysis that provides meaningful insights on business strategies.
