Job Details

Position Summary:
Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to support the organization s infrastructure and business objectives. You will work hands on and closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure network solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Architect, design, and implement robust network solutions using industry-leading technologies.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security
  • Implement and maintain network security measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams OT, Operations, security, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of network services.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals, ensuring interactions are helpful, respectful, and courteous to facilitate successful troubleshooting
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of network architecture, configurations, and processes. Generate regular reports on network performance and security.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in network technologies and best practices. Propose and implement improvements to enhance network efficiency and security.
  • Manage relationships with network hardware and software vendors to ensure optimal performance and support.
  • Lead network-related projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth and development
  • Develop and maintain security policies that align with zero trust architecture.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Network Architect or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of network architecture and design principles
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco (Routing/Switching, Nexus, ACI, ISE), Checkpoint, F5, Cloudflare, Meraki, IT/OT Environments, and understanding of zero trust architecture (i.e. Zscaler).
  • Strong understanding of network security principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) are a plus.
