About the Role
We're hiring for one of our premier consulting clients modernizing enterprise-scale infrastructure with cloud-native, event-driven, and auto-scaling architectures. As a Cloud-Native Infrastructure Engineer, you'll design, implement, and optimize scalable systems built on KEDA and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). This is a hands-on role working closely with DevOps and SRE teams to ensure systems scale automatically, perform efficiently, and remain highly available.
Key Responsibilities-
Design and implement auto-scaling frameworks using KEDA and other tools for containerized workloads.
-
Integrate Google Cloud Platform-native services such as Pub/Sub, GKE, and Ingress for event-driven scaling.
-
Collaborate with DevOps/SRE teams to analyze traffic patterns and define scaling thresholds.
-
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Argo CD, GitLab CI/CD, or Spinnaker.
-
Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes manifests.
-
Monitor and fine-tune scaling behavior through Prometheus, Grafana, and Stackdriver.
-
Drive reliability, cost optimization, and operational excellence across environments.
-
Production-level experience with KEDA and event-driven architectures.
-
Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Pub/Sub, Ingress).
-
Experience with Kafka or similar message brokers.
-
Hands-on expertise in CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Helm), and scripting (Python, Bash, YAML).
-
Strong understanding of Kubernetes operations, scaling, and automation.
-
Google Cloud Platform Certifications (Cloud Architect, DevOps Engineer).
-
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or Stackdriver.
-
Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
-
Proven record in cost and performance optimization.
