We are seeking a skilled Adobe Workfront & AEM Specialist to lead the integration, administration, and optimization of Adobe Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms. This role will support marketing operations, digital workflows, and analytics integration to enhance campaign delivery and content management.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Adobe Workfront for project management, including user roles, templates, and reporting dashboards.
- Lead Workfront integrations with other enterprise tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, AEM, Jira).
- Administer Workfront system settings, permissions, and governance.
- Design and manage AEM workflows for content publishing and approvals.
- Implement and support AEM analytics integration with Adobe Analytics and other platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Adobe AEM components, templates, and tagging strategies.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for both platforms.
- 3+ years of experience with Adobe Workfront (admin and integration).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Strong understanding of workflow design, metadata, and content lifecycle in AEM.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics integration and tag management.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration best practices.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
