ServiceNow BPC - Business Process Consultant
Mandatory Skills : Employee center pro, SNOW and Service Platform.
Pay Rate to candidate: 70/hr c2c (Negotiable for right fit)

JD:

Minimum 5+ years consulting experience in ITSM related process and tool implementation projects.
Minimum 5+ years experience in process definition, improvement, and re-engineering.

Minimum 5+ years experience developing requirements documentation, project artifacts and process documents.
Business Process Management (BPC) training/certification
ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and ITSM Fundamentals Certifications.
ServiceNow Certified Developer Certification
Experience working on Service Catalog, ServiceNow Integration with 3rd Party tools

Knowledge of ServiceNow Now Assist , Process mining & Predictive Intelligence
