Job Description - PeopleSoft Application Administrator and Enterprise Architect Onsite Location: Washington, DC

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience

Skills
16+ yrs. as an Enterprise Architect
16+ yrs. building an IT system roadmap
Bachelor s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
16+ yrs. system diagramming/modeling using structured modeling language like UML
8 years Prior work experience as a People Tools 8.50 or higher, preferred in PeopleSoft HCM
4 years PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 or higher for Public Sector
10 years Experience with PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager (PUM)
8 years PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrade Experience with execution and Management of Upgrade Data Conversion Scripts
16+ yrs leading projects, ensuring they are following established standards/procedures
12 years Analysis and tuning of SQL, database systems, middleware and application servers
12 years PeopleSoft Upgrade Technical SME / Project Management Experience (including HCM 9.2)
16 years Excellent oral and written communication skills
6 years Practical knowledge of orchestration tools used to manage the application and virtualized infrastructure.
