Lead full lifecycle implementation or migration projects or upgrade and enhancements from initiation through go-live and support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate processes, and ensure alignment with SAP best practices.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and work with SAP consultants to design end-to-end solutions.
Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Coordinate with functional and technical teams (FICO, ps, MM, SD, PP, EWM, etc.) to drive timely configuration, testing, and deployment.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests proactively.
Support key project activities such as Fit-Gap analysis, system configuration reviews, integration testing, and end-user training.
Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and compliance standards
