Role: M365 Solutions Architect.
Remote

Exp: 12+ Years look for lead level candidates

Primary Skills
Design, plan, estimate and architect M365 configurations, workloads and configurations.
Analysis and Recommendations on best practices
Proven experience with M365 Tenant configuration and security.
Have managed and administer the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online with telephony (DID, SIP, etc.), OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other M365 applications.
Manage and maintain M365 security policies and compliance requirements, governance and endpoint protection.
Authentication methods, identity providers like SailPoint, Entra ID, CyberArk vault, Conditional Policies, Health, and Monitoring.
Managing and configuring Intune Policies and device management best practices.
Experience in Active Directory (AD), Entra ID, and identity management services among others and network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services.
Create and maintain documentation related to M365 services, policies, procedures, and system configurations.
Keep up to date with new M365 features and capabilities. Assess their potential impact on the organization.
Detailed Solutions Architecture vision on M365
Must have Tenant to Tenant Migration experience.

Secondary Skills
Have manage and maintained M365 backups and disaster recovery solutions.
Advance understanding of networking and security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols.
M365 Certifications.

Must Have Soft Skills
Must have Outstanding Communication skills and Familiar with Corporate communication / culture.
Must have worked for large corporations with SOD (Segregation of Duties).
Excellent lister and able to document and present to reporting Manager and other Senior Managers.
