We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support the execution of strategic programs and governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing and managing structured governance processes, maintain documentation, coordinate change control activities, and engage stakeholders to ensure smooth program operations. This role is critical to ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment across multiple workstreams within a fast-paced and dynamic organizational environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Support and Operational Execution

  • Assist with the rollout, documentation, and ongoing management of strategic initiatives and governance processes.
  • Coordinate across business units to ensure adherence to program governance frameworks and operational standards.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items to support governance-related efforts.

Documentation & Change Control

  • Maintain and update critical program documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process maps.
  • Support the development and execution of change control procedures to ensure traceability, consistency, and stakeholder awareness.
  • Ensure proper versioning and archival of program documents in accordance with compliance and audit requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between program managers, functional leads, and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and priorities.
  • Manage monthly reporting cycles by collecting data, synthesizing updates, and producing polished, actionable deliverables for senior leadership.
  • Assist in the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and operational impact.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting large-scale programs or governance initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of business process documentation, operational frameworks, and change control methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Visio, and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or MS Project).

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience working in public sector, education, or large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning, IT governance, or PMO operations.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
