Title: Workday Integration Developer

Type: Contract
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Workday Integration Developer to lead the design, development, and support of Workday solutions, including dashboards, reports, applications, and complex integrations. This role is pivotal in working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support the broader HR data and analytics strategy. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Workday integration tools and a strong background in connecting Workday with various internal and external systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Workday dashboards, custom applications, reports, and integrations.
Test, troubleshoot, and optimize Workday integrations to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Payroll, Accounting, and Legal to capture business needs and resolve system challenges.
Support and implement the HR data and analytics roadmap.
Develop and manage integrations between Workday and external vendor platforms.
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to internal documentation and delivery standards.
Provide functional input to enhance Workday configurations, workflows, and feature adoption.
Required Skills:
Proven experience with Workday integrations including APIs, EIB, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, and Core Connector for Worker.
Strong understanding of one or more Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, or Benefits.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
