Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Analyst (this is not a developer role) with strong HRSD configuration, requirements gathering, UAT, and stakeholder collaboration experience. The ideal candidate will support HR Service Delivery initiatives by translating business needs into functional solutions and driving successful platform enhancements.
Must Have Qualifications
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
2+ years of HRSD configuration & architecture
Proven experience in UAT & Hypercare support
Strong in writing user stories, epics & acceptance criteria
Hands-on HRSD implementation experience
Key Responsibilities
Perform hands-on HRSD configuration across multiple modules
Collaborate with HR COEs (Payroll, Benefits, Leave, ER, Mobility)
Co-author PRDs, epics, user stories & process documentation
Support UAT, ATF testing, dashboards & reporting
Work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements
Ensure alignment with HR processes, Agile methodologies, and best practices
