Job Details

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across the following areas:

  • Direct Procurement Processes: Deep understanding of end-to-end direct procurement flows, including PR-to-PO processes, vendor invoice handling, and procurement EDI integrations.
  • Logistics and Fulfillment: Experience with order fulfillment processes, customer consignment models, and handling of returns.
  • Inventory Management: Knowledge of serialization, asset management, physical inventory processes, and integration with 3PL partners.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Proven ability to collaborate across Finance, Production Planning, Engineering, and other business functions to ensure seamless data and process integration.
  • Coupa and PLM Integration: Exposure to Coupa for procurement and contingent workforce management, and experience integrating PLM master data (e.g. BOMs, engineering changes) into SAP SCM processes.
  • Transactional Flow and Integration Expertise: Strong grasp of transactional processes and integration points between SAP, PLM systems, Coupa, and external partners.

SAP Modules and Systems Focus

  • SAP MM (Materials Management): PR/PO, GR/IR, subcontracting, STO, consignment.
  • SAP WM/EWM (Warehouse Management): putaway, picking, bin management (preferred).
  • SAP SD (Sales & Distribution): order-to-cash, returns, customer consignment processes.
  • SAP PP (Production Planning): BOMs, work orders, as needed.
  • SAP LE (Logistics Execution): inbound/outbound logistics, shipping.
  • SAP APO / IBP (nice-to-have): demand/supply planning, MRP.
  • PLM Integration: experience with master data management, BOMs, and engineering changes flowing from PLM to SAP.
  • Coupa P2P and CCW: approvals, sourcing, PO processes, invoicing, contractor onboarding/offboarding.
  • Integration Experience: IDocs, EDI, 3PL/4PL partners, Coupa-SAP integrations, PLM-SAP integrations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on supply chain, procurement, and PLM systems.
  • In-depth functional knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SCM.
  • Exposure to Teamcenter PLM (or similar) in support of product development and lifecycle management.
  • Proficient in Coupa P2P and Coupa CCW modules; experience configuring workflows, procurement processes, and contractor lifecycle management.
  • Experience working in direct procurement environments and understanding of transactional processes (PR-to-PO, invoicing, EDI).
  • Familiarity with inventory processes like serialization, asset tracking, and physical inventory.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into functional solutions.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments involving procurement, finance, engineering, legal, HR, and IT
