Job Description:
Join our team as a Manager in Software Engineering, working remotely full-time.
Lead a team in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions.
This role requires strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise to improve clinical workflows and enhance patient care using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the development and maintenance of software solutions.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and interpret requirements.
Manage software development lifecycle, including design, deployment, and integration.
Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and efficiency in the software development process.
Oversee client implementations, application support, and escalations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
10 years of experience in software development with a focus on modern programming languages.
5 years of experience in leading software development teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
