The Data License Meta Applications team builds and maintains applications and tools to provide consistent and reliable metadata to teams within and outside of Data License. Our systems are used by teams for critical workflows as well as by our enterprise data portal. We handle millions of requests each day and our systems need to be resilient and scalable to handle the ever increasing load. Our main application is a REST based https server written in Python using FastAPI. We follow software development best-practices and use the latest technologies at Bloomberg.
