Role: Controls Engineer (Rockwell Experience)
Location: Onsite Westborough, MA (Greater Boston Area)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Controls Engineer with hands-on experience in Rockwell Automation platforms (Allen-Bradley, RSLogix, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk) to join our onsite team in Westborough, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting automation control systems for industrial applications.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.
- 3 7 years of experience in industrial automation and control system design.
- Strong hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley PLCs) and associated software tools.
- Proficient in HMI/SCADA development (FactoryTalk View, Ignition, or similar).
- Experience with electrical schematics, control panel design, and instrumentation.
- Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, or food & beverage).
- Knowledge of servo motion control systems, VFDs, and safety PLCs.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA, NEC, NFPA 70E.
