Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-level Pega applications and solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to Pega development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Pega-based technical designs and solutions.
  • Architect and design complex Pega applications, including case management, decisioning, user interfaces, and integrations with external systems.
  • Define and enforce Pega application and solution architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Conduct architecture and design reviews, providing feedback and recommendations to ensure high-quality Pega implementations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the Pega platform, guiding the selection of Pega technologies and components to meet business objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of Pega-based solutions, providing hands-on development and customization when necessary.
  • Mentor and coach junior Pega architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay up to date with Pega platform updates, best practices, and industry trends, and apply them to enhance Pega-based solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or related field.
  • Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is required.
  • Over 10+ of extensive experience as a Pega System Architect with a focus on complex and large-scale Pega implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Pega application development, configuration, and customization using PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC).
  • Expertise in Pega application and solution architecture, including design patterns, decisioning strategies, and integration approaches.
  • Proficiency in Pega integration and interfacing with external systems using Pega Connectors, REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of guiding and developing Pega technical teams.
  • Familiarity with Pega Customer Service, Pega Marketing, or other Pega products is a plus

Role : Pega BSA

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications within the Pega platform.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify pain points, and propose Pega-based solutions to streamline operations.
  • Design and implement Pega-based applications, workflows, and user interfaces to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of Pega solutions, providing guidance on best practices and standards.
  • Configure Pega applications, including case management, decisioning, user interfaces, and integrations with external systems.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement sessions to elicit and document business needs and use cases.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents.
  • Participate in testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure Pega solutions meet business objectives and requirements.
  • Stay up to date with Pega platform updates, best practices, and industry trends, and apply them to enhance Pega-based solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or related field.
  • Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) or Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) certification is required.
  • Over 10+ years of proven experience as a Business System Architect working with Pega platform, including Pega 7 or Pega 8.
  • Strong understanding of business process management, case management, and decisioning within the Pega platform.
  • Proficiency in Pega application development, configuration, and customization using PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC).
  • Experience with Pega integration and interfacing with external systems using Pega Connectors, REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
