RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is in need of a seasoned Audit/Compliance Analyst III (Senior) to support a dynamic Business Control & Risk Management team. This role plays a critical part in driving consistent execution of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework across business lines, with a strong focus on IT SOX audits and compliance oversight. This is a hybrid position in Dallas, TX or Quincy, MA (2 days a week onsite/3 days remote).

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage IT SOX audits, examinations, and reviews within the Technology organization
* Serve as the primary liaison for auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders throughout the audit lifecycle
* Evaluate and support remediation action plans and control performance metrics
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and validate Technology risks and controls
* Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on U.S. operating entities
* Analyze and compile risk management data across business units
* Partner with the Second Line of Defense to review and enhance risk frameworks, policies, and standards
* Promote a strong risk culture through internal validation and issue/risk management
* Continuously monitor internal and external risk sources affecting Technology

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Statistics, Risk Management, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Risk Management and IT Audit
* Strong background in SOX IT controls
* Proven experience managing risk projects across diverse business lines
* Deep understanding of U.S. financial services regulations and industry regulators
* Familiarity with banking operations and risk management frameworks
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
* Effective communication and presentation skills
* Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Nice-to-Have:
* Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred but not required)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
