Access Global Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team.

  • REQUIRED: US-BASED - US WORK-AUTHORIZED travel to Philadelphia/KOP area
  • TERMS: HYBRID 3 in office/2 remote onsite
  • EMPLOYMENT TYPE: W2, 1099 and H1-TRANSFERS candidates preferred at this time
  • Full Time employees can live across the US if they are open to travel to clients when requested

This role will include:

  • Guiding Client, Stakeholders and team on Salesforce potential and capabilities
  • Process Mapping thru Roadmapping and all processes in between
  • Guiding multiple stakeholders, identifying the most important client challenges, conducting analysis, and presenting strategic solutions around the Salesforce Platform that support Corporate, Finance, Professional Services, and Marketing Strategies
  • Crafting pathways for people, process, and technology while establishing a solution strategy that aligns with our business, engages team members, and help provide solutions to the organization
  • Lead senior business team members through transformative activities, beginning with discovery through the delivery of value, designed at streamlining business processes to achieve performance
  • Masterfully collaborate with all teams during the discovery stage to research and understand our challenges and work towards value-added solutions
  • Trailblaze clear project paths for resources assigned to the projects that are responsible for the implementation
  • Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into technical process components
  • Can interpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and apply a detailed technical solution

What you bring to the team:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience solutioning Salesforce/implementing Salesforce
  • REQUIRED: 8+ Salesforce certifications (must hold Architect level)
  • End to end Implementation experience
  • Must have a deep understanding of Salesforce applications and platforms (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  • Strong, deep understanding of Salesforce Integration Applications and Methodologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica)
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and persuasion skills
  • Must be personable, confident, resourceful, flexible, and exhibit initiative
  • Demonstrated success in helping clients make sense of what they're investment in Salesforce can produce, using a creative and innovative approach
  • The ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical resources is vital
  • Preferred experience with custom application development
  • Experience with the overall sales process and the ability to forecast sales cycles
  • Team player with the ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, operations, etc.)
  • Have a passion for excellence and exceeding expectations
  • Organized and methodical; strong prioritization skills
  • Have a sense of urgency with strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Preferred to have experience with financial services vertical(s) and sub-verticals
  • Preferred to have experience with Salesforce-based technologies that support financial services (e.g., nCino, Vlocity)
