Description
Content Management Consultant - Responsible for assisting with the evaluation and selection of migration tools; and performing the large scale migrations from Content Server to SharePoint platforms.
Investigate potential complex problem situations to diagnose underlying root cause and assist to recover or continue normal operations. The role demands high technical expertise with various migration tools sets, implementation, customization & troubleshooting skills.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years Open Text Content Server/Livelink version 10.0/16 experience
5+ years Microsoft SharePoint version 2013 experience
SharePoint Online experience preferred
Working knowledge of industry standard migration tools (AvePoint, Metalogix, etc.)
Experienced performing large scale migrations from Content Server to SharePoint
Familiar with Electronic Content Management / Document management structures
Strong communication skills, experience interacting and communicating with customers of various skill levels
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and prioritize job responsibilities
Ability to work independently as well as function as a team player
Linux & Windows operating systems knowledge preferred
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Oracle & SQL database experience; scripting preferred
Understanding of technology implementation, maintenance, performance best practices
Detail-oriented and quality focused
Proven strong leader with excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent judgment and decision making
Flexible, adaptable and able to respond to fluid situations that may require special handling
Solid understanding of server and networking technologies, and security
Understanding of ITIL incident, change and problem management processes

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
