This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. Responsibilities require time in the office or in a field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities can be performed remotely. Additional locations may be considered.

As an Infrastructure Architect Sr. - Cloud Program Delivery Lead you will oversee the delivery of cloud programs and initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, meeting the highest quality standards, and aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities:
\tLead and manage cloud program delivery across multiple projects, ensuring that they are executed in alignment with organizational objectives.
\tDevelop and manage program schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
\tAct as the primary point of contact and provide regular program status updates, including progress reports, risks, and mitigation strategies.
\tFacilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
\tIdentify potential risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle, and develop mitigation strategies.
\tEnsure that program objectives are met despite changes in scope, timelines, or resources.
\tEnsure that cloud delivery aligns with the overall business objectives and technology roadmap.
\tDrive the adoption of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) within the organization.
\tPromote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for enhancing cloud services and delivery processes.
\tImplement and manage Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to ensure the team stays on track and adapts to changes in priorities or scope.
\tTrack progress through sprints, and lead stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Regularly collect feedback from users, clients, and other stakeholders to iterate and improve the product.

Skills/Experience:
\tKnowledge of ITIL and project management methodologies (e.g., PMP)
\tExperience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
\tProven experience in managing program lifecycles and delivering cloud projects
\tExperience with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks

Technology :
\tCloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, & Google Cloud
\tExperience with Confluence & JIRA
\tMicrosoft Office Suites (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
Certifications Preferred:
\tCertification in project management (e.g., PMP, CSM, PRINCE2)
\tSAFe Agile Certified
\tAWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
\tMicrosoft Certified Azure Fundamentals

• Develops and monitors the organization's technology architecture and plays a leading role in the vision and development of the company's future technology.
• Ensures infrastructure designs and upgrades are made in accordance with established standards, patterns, policies, procedures and software licensing agreements.
• Identifies and establishes best practices for technology architecture, while providing expert advice on core infrastructure initiatives.
• Interprets technology requirements; designs technology architecture and drives the adoption.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $80,000.00 $185,150.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
