JD:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET technologies.
- Proven experience designing and architecting solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.
- Experience with cloud-native development, microservices architecture, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging .NET and Azure technologies.
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on the Azure platform.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead the implementation and deployment of .NET Azure solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews and performance optimizations to ensure the reliability and efficiency of developed solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in .NET and Azure technologies and recommend innovative solutions to address business challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
