This is a great opportunity for someone early in their enterprise architecture career or a recent intern with a few years experience to step into a high-impact role! You'll work closely with technology and business teams to help align enterprise-wide systems, tools, and processes with architectural strategy. This position supports the growth of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) function and contributes to defining and developing standards, improving governance, and driving long-term technology planning across the organization.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2 3 years of experience in enterprise architecture or closely related roles.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or the Zachman Framework.
  • Basic proficiency with modeling tools such as ArchiMate and UML.
  • Certification in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF Certified Architect) preferred.
  • Experience with Orbus Infinity and/or ServiceNow's Enterprise Architecture Workspace (APM) is helpful.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry and knowledge of related standards and regulations (e.g., SOX, PCI DSS) is beneficial.

What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)

  1. Architecture Design and Development
  • Support the creation of enterprise architecture artifacts including system, data, and application architecture.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
  1. Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across various levels.
  • Present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Foster cross-functional alignment to ensure smooth execution of architecture-driven initiatives.
  1. Enterprise Architecture Development and Governance
  • Work directly with the Head of Architecture to evolve and mature the EA function.
  • Gain and apply foundational knowledge in TOGAF and ArchiMate, if not already certified.
  • Learn and utilize EA tooling used within the organization.
  • Draft architectural advisories, standards, and principles with input from stakeholders.
  • Help develop and support the Architecture Review Board and its associated processes.

Compensation and Employment
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. The expected base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for a discretionary bonus and full comprehensive employee benefits. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
