Project Details: The project activities for this candidate are in the PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Administration module. The project will implement provisions in the Secure 2.0 Act. A key requirement for PeopleSoft to support this is the conversion from a general payroll deductions process to a Qualified Savings Plan approach. Candidates must have Benefits Administration experience.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • System Matter Expert focused on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Benefits Administration.
  • Experience implementing Qualified Savings Plans and supporting processes.
  • Experience converting general payroll deductions to a benefits administration plan types.
  • Experience with third party integrations and interface processes.
  • Ability to work directly with PeopleSoft developers to achieve functional design objectives.
  • Assist with testing and validation of plan data conversion.
  • Familiarity and understanding of Secure 2.0 Act and its impacts to and setup of retirement savings plans.
  • Working knowledge of various PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR, Workforce Administration, North American Payroll , Time & Labor is also desired.
  • Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Assesses, researches, analyzes and documents stakeholder needs selecting appropriate information gathering and/or modeling techniques to solve problems.
  • Recommends business solutions that satisfy stakeholder needs continually exploring and assessing options for value-add for clients.
  • Ensures successful completion of project objectives on time and as per Project methodology.
  • Develops appropriate documentation and assists with end user training for assigned projects.
  • Ability to provide knowledge transfer and training documentation.
  • Strong communication and written skills are required
