Network Engineer | On-Site in McConnellsburg, PA

We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in McConnellsburg, PA. hat You'll Do:
As a Network Engineer, you'll be crucial to our global network environment, supporting an $8 billion dollar organization. You'll work across our entire enterprise, not just a segment, delivering vital services and driving improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Palo Alto Expertise: Provide essential support for Palo Alto technologies, including Firewall, Panorama, Global Protect VPN, URL-Filtering, IoT Security, and PRISMA.
Cisco Dominance: Support a wide range of Cisco technologies, such as switching, routing (including SD-WAN), Cisco Client for 802.1X and TACACS, DNA Center, Wireless, and ACI.
Operational Excellence: Handle ongoing medium to high complexity maintenance, "Run-the-Business" (RTB) support, and incident service requests for our global infrastructure.
Solution Provider: Develop and implement solutions for both RTB and project efforts of moderate to high complexity.
Project Contributor: Serve as a key resource on application and infrastructure projects, bringing your functional expertise to the table.
Collaborative Impact: Gather requirements, propose recommendations, and implement solutions that meet project goals.
Knowledge Sharing: As a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME), you'll create in-depth knowledge articles, build relationships with IT staff, and mentor colleagues.
Hands-On Support: Be ready to jump in and be hands-on with network issues and projects whenever needed.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: At least three (3) years of hands-on experience in Information Technology, specifically in network engineering.
Core Network Skills: Proven experience supporting services like DNS and DHCP, along with familiarity with Cisco technologies such as wireless routing and potentially Cisco ICE or DNA.
On-Call Availability: Willingness to be on-call for one week, every eight weeks (Monday-Monday).
Travel Readiness: Ability to travel 15% +/- to various campuses within Pennsylvania as needed (most campuses are about 45 minutes apart).
Location: This is an ON-SITE role in McConnellsburg, PA. No remote or hybrid options are available, and we are not sponsoring relocation at this time.
