Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Product Analyst to join our team in Westlake, Ohio. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in bridging technical and business needs while ensuring that solutions meet organizational goals. Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
Document high-level designs and architecture requirements to ensure they meet approved business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define, analyze, and document business processes and improvement opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams, including analysts, developers, and testers, to deliver projects that align with product roadmaps.
Prioritize and manage work items, including new features and defect resolutions, while assessing their impact on the overall project.
Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure project progress and team alignment.
Write clear and concise user stories and epics to guide development teams effectively.
Ensure development and QA teams have a thorough understanding of requirements and provide ongoing support during development and testing phases.
Develop training materials and identify additional documentation needs to support successful project implementation.
Analyze and decompose broad business areas into actionable stories and epics to create a value-driven product backlog.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in healthcare with providers or payers, focusing on claims and payment processing or similar areas.
A minimum of 5 years in a Business Analyst or related role, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with working knowledge of SQL databases; experience with Crystal Reports is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently.
Strong critical thinking abilities and a results-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects or workstreams effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
