Java Spring Boot Developer with Kafka

Position: Backend Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA/Irving, TX(On site)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Mandatory Skills:

Webservices (REST), Spring/Spring Boot, Spring Batch/Spring integration, Database (Oracle, Redis, Cassandra), Kubernetes, Basic CI/CD patterns, Unit testing Git

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of projects using spring boot and kafka.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of applications.
• Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing, and deployment processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster their professional growth and development.

Skill Requirements:

• Proficiency in spring boot framework for building enterprise java applications.
• Strong experience in working with kafka for realtime data streaming and processing.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and restful api design.
• Familiarity with cloud services and containerization technologies like docker and kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in spring boot or kafka are a plus
