Job Details

Role:PM/Scrum Master
Location: Lisle, IL or Columbia, MD- Hybrid((4 days a week on site and 1 Remote Day))
Duration:6+ Months Contract- Contract to Perm Hire

Must Haves:
They wany to see candidates that are very strong as Scrum Masters and want them to have a Scrum Master Certification as well.
They still want them to be coming from environments that were multisystem and integrated
and know that what they worked on dealt with that like someone with Salesforce experience because of how big those systems are and how much they touch.
They can also now be located in Columbia, MD as well. Still 4 days on site but not just in Lisle, IL so that should open things up a bit more.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Scrum Management: Run Scrum sessions and manage (Azure DevOps) ADO
Program Management: Handle predictive waterfall program management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Project Tools: Utilize Microsoft Project or Planner for project management tasks.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.
Documentation: Document project progress and status reports accurately.
Integration: Manage multi-system integration, particularly with Salesforce and Banner.
Communication: Maintain clear and articulate verbal and written communication with team members and stakeholders.

Top Requirements:
5. Predictive Waterfall Program Management Experience: Proven experience in managing projects using predictive waterfall methodologies.
6. Scrum Master Experience: Ability to function as an Agile Delivery Manager or Scrum Master, managing agile teams and processes.
7. Multi-System Integration: Experience with multi-system integration, preferably with Salesforce.
8. Must have experience with using ADO (Azure DevOps) tool.
9. Preferred experience in higher education, healthcare, insurance, or financial services industries but not required.
