Job Details
We re seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Consultant / SME to design and execute our client s new compensation structure and market-pricing analysis. This role blends quantitative analytics with compensation program design and HR data integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market pricing using Salary.com CompAnalyst and internal Oracle data.
- Develop salary structures, pay-bands, and placement methodologies.
- Model costing scenarios and multi-year implementation plans.
- Support integration between Salary.com Job Architect and Oracle HR.
- Produce dashboards and compensation reports for leadership review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics.
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in compensation program design and analysis.
- Advanced Excel and data-modeling proficiency; SQL or BI experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of public-sector compensation frameworks.
Preferred Background
- Experience with Salary.com, PayScale, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management pay-band structures.
- Prior consulting experience supporting large workforce modernization projects.
