Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Project Specialist for a contract position in Maple Grove, MN. The opportunity will be a year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Position Summary:
Responsible for implementing and supporting exploratory, technology development, and product development tasks for (IO&E) Interventional Oncology and Embolization R&D. Candidate will act as a purchaser and organizer for early builds of IO&E products, assist in the organization of early clinical assessments, and organize (HFE) Human Factor Engineering reviews. The candidate will assist in the organization of the day-to-day activities of exploratory projects. Implements and supports the use of project management and team collaboration technologies.Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Support, manage, and facilitate early engineering builds and projects.
- Work with physicians and medical professionals to coordinate HFE (Human Factors Engineering) studies.
- Conducting purchasing or internal acquisition of custom components.
- Assist in coordination of independent physician contracts.
- Analyze aspects of our current systems and procedures, identifying opportunities for enhancement
- Take responsibility for project deliverables, project plans, status reports, and the gathering and documentation of requirements
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments on a wide scope of project management and analysis efforts
- Support project planning sessions and post-project reviews, providing project managers and team with practical guidance for creating the highest levels of project performance.
- Consolidate and refine project status into program-level and senior management reports.
- Drive process and requirement definition to facilitate the selection and use of appropriate project management technologies.
- Support project teams in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and other select technologies.
- Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Qualifications:
- 0 - 1 year experience with completed degree (Science or Business-related) **Degree must be present on resume.
- Historical management positions are highly preferred
- Intern experience!
- Project management-type experience
- Good executive functions
- Familiarity with compliance and legal paths.
- Professional and timely communication skills.
