Job Details

Sentinel is seeking a dedicated Support Engineer to provide exceptional desktop support and technical assistance to our client. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues while ensuring a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and consistently provide excellent customer service to our client. This full-time role requires on-call availability and travel, with work performed onsite at the client s location in Hamilton, OH.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software
  • Experience with working with Active Directory
  • Experience with networking, including TCP/IP, DNS and VPN setup and firewalls is preferred
  • Familiarity with software installation, updates and patch management
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles
  • Basic Understanding of servers, Azure and O365
  • CCNA and CCNP certifications are preferred
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
