Job Description
Need 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst in finance or accounting systems, preferably with experience in ERP integration.
Strong understanding of SAP general ledger modules and experience working with non-SAP sub-ledger systems.
Proven experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Familiarity with accounting principles, financial data flows, and reconciliation processes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Experience with integration platforms, APIs, or middleware is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are desirable but not mandatory.
Deep Understanding of SAP CFIN (Central Finance Module) skill set
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to sub-ledger and general ledger integration.
Lead workshops and interviews to understand current processes and identify gaps or pain points in existing data integration workflows.
Develop clear, comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
Work closely with technical teams and solution architects to translate business needs into technical solutions for the orchestration platform.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in solution design, testing, and validation to ensure the platform meets business objectives and compliance standards.
Identify risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Support change management efforts, including user training and documentation.
