Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the migration of data from Fieldglass to Workday, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and optimize PL/SQL code to support database applications.
- Design and maintain complex data models to support business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure robust data security and privacy measures are in place.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience as an Oracle Database Developer, with a focus on PL/SQL and Data Modeling.
- Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
- Experience with data migration projects, particularly from Fieldglass to Workday, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead initiatives and engage in technical discussions.
- Ability to work in a highly regulated environment and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Experience in the Banking/Finance/other Highly Regulated industries is a huge plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Workday integration and configuration.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the industry.
- Project management experience.
