As one of the founding engineers, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the company's leadership to turn research breakthroughs into resilient, production-grade systems. This isn't maintenance. Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering with infrastructure or platform exposure
- Proficiency in AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure, and strong experience with IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible)
- Advanced Kubernetes knowledge with strong programming ability in Go, Rust, or Python
- Comfort with policy-as-code frameworks and advanced cloud security practices
- Experience building AI/ML-powered systems or contributing to open-source cloud-native projects
- Strong foundation in distributed systems, concurrency, and performance engineering
- Hands-On Software Engineering & Cloud Systems Development: 70%
- Founding-Level Strategy & Collaboration with Leadership: 30%
