Must-Have Skills:
- 6-8+ years of industry experience developing and deploying ML models, especially in NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI.
- Strong Python skills with clean, modular coding practices; experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Transformers.
- Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and core ML fundamentals (deep learning, generative models, NLP techniques).
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field (Ph.D. a plus).
Nice to Have Skills:
- Production experience with GenAI models and ML systems in the energy/commodities trading sector.
- Experience integrating ML models into dashboards (Dash, Streamlit) and explaining results to non-technical audiences.
- Background in time-series modeling, enterprise software development, and orchestration tools like Airflow/Dagster with cloud ETL/ELT.
- Awareness of CI/CD practices and broad ML methodology application.
