Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to join our team in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for electrical projects, ensuring all aspects of the project are considered to optimize costs and meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review project plans and specifications to prepare detailed estimates.
  • Analyze blueprints and other documents to determine project requirements and cost factors.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to clarify project details and timelines.
  • Utilize estimating software such as Trimble and Accubid to prepare bid proposals.
  • Identify potential cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations in all estimates.
  • Attend bid meetings and provide technical support to clients as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
  • Proficiency in estimating software (Trimble, Accubid) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
