Custom Business Solutions, a Michigan-based talent agency, is seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer for a hybrid role in Lansing, Michigan. Qualified candidates submitting an application will be considered for this contract opportunity.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET:

  • 5+ years of experience in application development, and 7+ years of experience in application and systems performance testing, monitoring, and evaluation

  • Strong experience working with the following tools and skillsets: JMeter for complex test script scenarios, Dynatrace or similar APM tools, performance management and optimization using Kubernetes, BitBucket, Jenkins, DB/SQL/Linux environments, and Agile methodologies

Additional Details:
The successful candidate will design and lead comprehensive testing strategies aligned to business requirements, create and execute complex test scripts, integrate performance and testing tools within CI/CD pipelines, and deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications in Kubernetes clusters. Additionally, they will perform root cause analysis, document test strategies, and participate in PI planning sessions.
