Job Description
Are you a GEOINT professional interested in managing a high-visibility AI/ML program that supports critical Computer Vision capabilities? BAE Systems is seeking a motivated leader for a unique position that brings machine learning to the National Security mission. As a Deputy Program Manager (DPM), you will engage directly with government stakeholders to understand their mission needs and enable production teams to deliver trusted, high-quality data.

As a Deputy Program Manager with BAE Systems, you will manage a large team of data labelers operating across classification levels. You will serve as the primary program representative in St. Louis, collaborating with the East Coast PM to ensure all customer needs are met. The Deputy Program Manager will help stand up a regionally dispersed production team and facilitate the training of new staff.

Management responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, quality, risk, cost, schedule, and people. The DPM will communicate technical concepts to key government stakeholders, troubleshoot any annotation production challenges, and work diligently to ensure transparent, reliable data reaches stakeholders across the customer's enterprise.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree + 3-5 Years Experience
OR
5-8 Years Relevant Experience

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) background
  • Experience supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community
  • Experience managing AI/ML-driven intelligence programs
  • Solid understanding of machine learning principles
  • Experience managing remote employees

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $83900 - $142600

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
