AV Support Specialist

Onsite AV Support Specialist - Farmington, CT
Seeking an experienced and personable AV Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of teleconferencing and meeting spaces in a dynamic corporate environment. This is a fully onsite role, based in Farmington, CT, with a Monday through Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain conference rooms for in-person and virtual meetings
• Inspect and troubleshoot AV systems including TVs, telecom equipment, HDMI cables, and conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom)
• Provide timely support before, during, and after meetings to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain room cleanliness and professional presentation
• Act as point-of-contact for AV-related issues, often with executive-level stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in AV support within mid-to-large sized organizations
• Proven ability to troubleshoot basic AV and network/firewall issues
• Familiarity with platforms such as Cisco, Crestron, and Polycom
• Strong interpersonal skills; capable of engaging professionally with C-suite and senior staff
• Well-spoken, reliable, and comfortable providing customer-facing support
• Must be local to Farmington and available for in-person interview and work

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
