Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution and delivery of IT projects/programs, ensuring they meet strategic milestones, budget, scope, and resource requirements.
- Facilitate capacity planning, management, and governance of project and program portfolios.
- Engage with business and IT leaders to promote rapid delivery of project objectives and deliverables.
- Manage large-scale project demands, effectively allocating resources and ensuring comprehensive program planning.
- Enhance project and program management capabilities by redesigning processes to increase efficiency and compliance with delivery standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and expedite decision-making processes.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, strategic alignment, and progress to senior management and executive teams.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects to advance the Project & Program Management functions within the Business Services Technology Group.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful project and program management, preferably within IT departments.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in project and program management roles.
- Required certifications in project management methodologies such as Prince 2, PMP, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in the Fintech or Payments industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; capable of presenting to and influencing senior management and C-level executives.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Must demonstrate a high level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to achieving aggressive goals.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
